May we refer to your letter dated 24th
July, 2001 and 16th. August, 2001 pertaining to the above.
We take note of your concerned and we
had taken the matter for further discussion with Encik Norarniza
of Petronas Gas Berhad (PGB) on 26.7.01.
We were made to
understand that PGB had also communicated with your good self in respond to your
concerned.
For
your information all technical requirement and compliance had been observed
during the development of the land. Further approvals from the relevant
authorities were required before we could embark on the development.
While we do not wish to prophesy any
untoward incident to the area, and we do not want it to occur, we believe all
the necessary precautions and technical requirements had been fully complied
with.
However, should you find
that a joint discussion is appropriate as mentioned in your letter please do let
