Re : Quarry Operating Next To USJ 23

We refer to the above captioned matter and the meeting held at the District
Office on 20-06-2001.
During the said meeting, you had agreed to adhere to the operating hours i.e.
from 8.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. and from Monday to Saturday. However, we regret that
lately, your quarry has been operating exceeding the permissible hours and on
Sunday.
TAKE NOTICE that we hereby demand that your company adhere to the permissible
operating hours within 24 hours from the date of receipt of this letter.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE if the aforesaid demand is not complied within 24 hours
from the date hereof, we shall proceed to lodge an official complaint with the
District Office and the State Authority for further action.
