Re : Telecommunication Tower in USJ 23, UEP Subang Jaya

We refer to the above captured matter and enclose herewith a copy of our letter dated 12-10-2001 addressed to Majlis Perbandaran Subang Jaya and the reply dated 22-10-2001, the contents of which are self-explanatory for your perusal.

We would also refer to the stern statement made by the President of the MPSJ and appeared in STAR on 30-10-2001. In view of the aforesaid, we, on behalf of the residents in USJ 23, wish to demand that the telecommunication tower erected approximately 50 meters from our housing estate be removed as soon as possible.
