• Switch on the front and back lights of your house, ensuring that the back lanes are brightly lit during the night.

• When away especially going for a holiday, balek kampong or outstation, do inform your neighbours.

• In case of break in emergency, PLEASE BLOW YOUR WHISTLE LOUD, THIS IS THE DISTRESS CALL FOR HELP, all neighbours should come out with their “BATON” and help.

• When your neighbour is away, for suspected break-in, quietly call the POLICE at 03 – 80256904 IMMEDIATELY or summon for help by phoning other neighbours. Do not confront the intruders by yourself.

• When you have an unknown caller to your house phone, do not provide any information.
  Before you go to sleep, please ensure that your house is properly locked.

• Call your neighbours, if you see any suspicious characters lurking in our neighbourhood.

• Installation of a burglar alarm for your house is in itself a theft prevention measure.
