Parking of Vehicles in USJ 23
( Please be more considerate )
We have received numerous requests and appeals
from residents to appeal to those who are parking their vehicles without due
consideration, including:
1.Blocking your neighbour's house entrance
2.Parking in such a manner
that your neighbour will have difficulties in driving in their car.
Thank
you for your advance cooperation.
3.
Lantern & Mooncake Festival Celebration:
The above event organised by the USJ 23 Residents & NW Pro Tem Committee
2001, held on 29/09/2001 (Saturday) at 7.30 pm, met with excellent
response from USJ 23 residents. All participants
(children & adults) had a really good time, especially the children.
Mooncakes, refreshments
and satay was served. Visit USJ 23 website for more information. A word of
special thanks and a job well done to the Organising Chairman, Patrick Novel
and his committee members namely Nge Kwang Tean, Roslan Ali, Loi Sai Aik, Eddie
Shak, Robert Chan & Yee Foon Kong, and not forgetting Mr.& Mrs. K K
Chua for kindly allowing us to use their premises as the venue of this event.

Paper Lama, Old Newspaper Recycle Program:
On 16/09/2001 a total of 44 USJ 23 residents participated in this program. It
was successfully carried out. A special word of thanks to the children especially
of Rama Row, Richard Khoo, and Ahmad Shah for helping out on that day. Thanks
to all the participants, whilst those who have missed out, you are most welcome
to join us for the Next
Collection on 14th.October 2001.

USJ 23 Residents & NW Pro Tem Committee 2001 Monthly Meeting:

Venue: Nge Kwang Tean's House ( 27,USJ 23 /3B)
Time:8.30 pm.
Attendance: Compulsory for all committee members, and all residents are welcome
to attend. GET INVOLVED.

we have 2367 visitors to our website. We have a page under Products
& Services Section, and if any USJ 23 residents have anything
to offer your fellow friends, please feel free to contact either Robert Chan
or Yee Foon Kong for more information.
7.
USJ 23 Residents Concerns & Projects in Progress:
a. Petronas Gas Pipeline: Located parallel to USJ 23 -still in progress
b. USJ 23 Playground lightings: We
have handed our Petition letter with 168 signatories on 27/09/2001 to Yang
Berbahagia Dato' Sidek Ahmad of TNB. Therefore let's wait for the outcome.
8.
USJ 23 Neighbourhood Night Watch
Thanks to all
the committed members for performing your NW duty. As for members whom have
being absent for a few times, we strongly appeal to you to be much more committed
to do your duty. Please do not fail your NW members. Be
more committed.
9.
USJ 23 Security Services:
Contribution for October 2001 will be RM 40.00 per household. Please pay
on time to your respective Row Leaders by the 5th of each month.
